I am the Course Development Consultant and
Tutor for the Institute of Psychosexual Psychotherapy.
This helps keep my knowledge up-to-date, providing the best
service for my Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy clients.
I am the Mentoring Co-ordinator for Pink Therapy.
This demonstrates my inclusivity as a practitioner.

I am a Pluralistic practitioner using a range of approaches such as Relationship Therapy, Psychosexual Therapy, Human Givens Therapy, Person Centered, Somatic (no touch) Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I take my professional development seriously. Keeping my practice relevant with knowledge of the latest research is important as it helps me offer clients more. Training for 2026 includes: working with harmful sexual behaviour, stress, self-defeating behaviours and relationships.

I successfully obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Sexology and Relationship Therapy. This means I am qualified and experienced to offer my highly specialist services. I also hold a qualification in Counselling Skills and Practice, which means I can further support my clients.
I carry insurance and attend more than the minimum supervision required. Supervision ensures my clients get high-quality, reflective therapy.

Living in the UK for decades, I also travelled extensively and lived abroad for some years. This brings with it more cultural sensitivity on my part, and a further awareness of the diversity of culture, language and religion.
My background is in broadcasting and I have a Master's degree. I also have experience as a teacher and an assessor. All of this rich life experience flows into the therapy room, which is sometimes dynamic, always a real learning experience, and often the only place where clients can express themselves, be seen and be heard.

I abide by the confidentiality and Code of Ethics and Practice set by COSRT.
