Therapeutic Services
I offer specialist therapy for individuals and people in relationships.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may know exactly what you would like help with, or simply have a sense that something around sex, intimacy, relationships or sexual behaviour is not feeling right.
My approach is thoughtful and personalised. We will work together to understand what is happening for you and consider what may help.
Psychosexual Therapy
Psychosexual therapy can help with sexual difficulties and concerns including:
-
erection difficulties
-
early or delayed ejaculation
-
orgasm difficulties

-
low or changing desire
-
differences in desire between partners
-
anxiety around sex
-
intimacy and sexual confidence
Therapy may also offer space to explore sexuality, body image, shame, pleasure and your relationship with your sexual self.
My work is informed by clinical sexology, relationship therapy and current evidence-based practice.

Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy offers space to understand patterns within your relationship and explore difficulties with communication, intimacy, trust and connection.
I work with a wide range of relationship concerns, including:
-
communication difficulties
-
conflict or emotional distance
-
differences in sexual desire
-
sexual difficulties within a relationship
-
infidelity or ruptures of trust
-
kink, fetish or sexual differences within relationships
-
separation and relationship transitions
My role is not to decide who is right or wrong. I aim to create a balanced space in which each person can feel heard and the relationship can be understood more clearly.

90 minutes — £130
Problematic Pornography and Sex Use
You may be concerned that pornography or sexual behaviour feels difficult to control, is affecting your relationships or intimacy, or no longer fits comfortably with your values.
Some people describe themselves as being “addicted” to porn or sex.
I take a contemporary, non-pathologising approach and use the term problematic porn and sex use rather than automatically applying an addiction label.
Therapy can help you understand patterns, triggers and the function the behaviour may be serving, while working towards greater choice, reduced shame and a more connected sexual life.
I also work with partners who have been affected by problematic pornography or sexual behaviour.
50 minutes — £80
90 minutes — £120

A personalised approach
There is no one-size-fits-all way of working.
I take time to understand your individual circumstances and tailor therapy accordingly. Depending on what you bring, our work may include exploration, psychoeducation, practical exercises, relationship work and therapeutic approaches designed to support greater understanding and change.
If you are unsure which type of therapy would be most appropriate, you do not need to decide before contacting me. We can discuss this during an Initial Consultation.
Taking the first step
If you would like to explore whether therapy may be helpful, you are very welcome to get in touch to arrange an Initial Consultation.
There is no obligation to continue with further sessions afterwards.
